What counts as one project?
One license covers one identified video for one business or client, including its cutdowns, teasers, translated versions, and alternate formats. Each new video, episode, production, or different client needs another license. The permitted project is covered worldwide with no expiration.
Can I use the music in client projects?
Yes. One identified client’s finished video and its paid online advertising are included. Your employees and contractors may edit the track for that project. Clients and team members may not reuse the underlying track in another project.
Are television and films included?
The $29 standard digital license does not include television or film. Amazing News Theme is a separate upcoming $49 package that includes broadcast news licensing. Other television, connected TV advertising, and film uses require a separate agreement.
Will my video receive a copyright claim?
All tracks are managed by Identifyy (HAAWK) for Content ID. Keep your license certificate. Paid customers can submit a video-specific support request from their download page; the website attaches the license details automatically. Claim release or allowlisting requires provider action. Automatic clearance is not currently available.
Can I download a preview?
Yes. Download the voice-watermarked MP3 to audition the track in a private edit. Previews are for evaluation only. Purchase or arrange the appropriate license before publishing, distributing, or otherwise using the music in a released production.
Can I commission original music?
Yes. Use the quote form to describe the brand, audience, style, deliverables, and deadline.
