REVIEW DRAFT · draft-0.6

Single Project Music License

Review draft only; purchases remain disabled. Remaining legal provisions, including warranties, liability, remedies and dispute handling, require review before this becomes an issued license. Borderline cases involving new campaigns or substantially revised productions also remain to be settled.

1. Parties and license record

Vizion Music Entertainment, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (Vizion), licenses the selected track to the individual or business identified at checkout (Licensee). The purchase record identifies the track, Licensee, project title, business or client, license ID, and accepted agreement version. Rights begin after successful payment.

2. One track and one project

For $29 USD per track, including applicable taxes, Licensee receives a nonexclusive, worldwide license with no expiration to synchronize the track with one identified audiovisual project and reproduce and distribute the track only as incorporated into that project. This includes the musical composition and master recording to the extent controlled by Vizion. Ownership remains with the respective rights holders. Each new video or episode requires a separate license. Cutdowns, teasers, vertical or horizontal edits, translated language versions, and alternate formats derived from the same video are included. A separate production, a different client, or reuse in a new project requires a new license.

3. Permitted online use

The licensed project may appear on websites, YouTube, social platforms, and other permitted online video channels, including monetized videos and paid online advertisements. Licensee may produce the project for one identified client. The client may post, distribute, and promote the finished project within this license, but may not extract the track or reuse it independently. Music credit is appreciated but optional for paid licenses.

4. Uses requiring separate permission

Television, broadcast, streaming television, connected television advertisements, and films, including films released online, require separate written permission. Any medium or use not expressly permitted requires separate written permission. Contact wes@vizion-studios.com for a custom quote.

5. Production team access

Licensee may let employees and production contractors access the track only as necessary to complete the licensed project. They may trim, loop, fade, and adjust the track for that project. Licensee is responsible for their compliance. Team access does not create independent licenses for team members or other clients.

6. Restrictions

Licensee may not sell, share, sublicense, or distribute the track as a standalone audio file, stock asset, template asset, music release, or downloadable item. Licensee may not claim ownership or register the track with Content ID or another rights management service. Clients and third parties may not extract or independently reuse the track. Editing does not change these restrictions.

7. Content ID and claims assistance

Identifyy, operated by HAAWK, manages Content ID for these tracks. A valid license does not guarantee that a platform will avoid or immediately release a claim. The certificate is proof of permitted use, not an automatic allowlist pass. Email wes@vizion-studios.com with the license ID, video URL, and claimant details for assistance. Release or allowlisting requires provider action; automatic clearance and a resolution deadline are not promised. Separate third-party or performing rights organization obligations are not waived.

8. Downloads and technical support

The purchase provides access to clean licensed audio. Watermarked previews are for evaluation only. For a corrupted file, failed download, or help restoring access, email wes@vizion-studios.com with your license ID or receipt. Vizion will provide replacement files or assistance restoring access for the licensed purchase.

9. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days after purchase if the clean file has not been downloaded. Sales are final after download, except for verified duplicate purchases, applicable legal rights, and applicable Stripe or other payment provider rules. A duplicate purchase means an unintended duplicate of the same track license for the same project, not a license needed for another project. Email wes@vizion-studios.com with your purchase receipt to request a refund. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections or applicable payment provider refund rules.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Georgia law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
