Refunds & support

You may request a refund within 14 days after purchase if the clean file has not been downloaded. Sales are final after download, except for verified duplicate purchases, applicable legal rights, and applicable Stripe or other payment provider rules. A duplicate purchase means an unintended duplicate of the same track license for the same project, not a license needed for another project. Email wes@vizion-studios.com with your purchase receipt to request a refund. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections or applicable payment provider refund rules.

For a failed download, corrupted file, or help restoring access, email wes@vizion-studios.com with your license ID or receipt. Vizion will provide replacement files or access assistance.
