Quote and support submissions store the contact information and project details you enter so Vizion can review your request. Do not submit sensitive personal information. Content ID support requests store your license reference, selected track, video/channel links, claim details, and request status. With your authorization, Vizion may share relevant license and request information with Identifyy/HAAWK for support review. This preview does not send marketing emails, run advertising pixels, or process payments.

Site hosting provides essential technical processing and access controls. When commerce is activated, checkout will use Stripe. Order records will include licensee and contact details, the named project and client, accepted terms, payment totals, and the time the server starts delivering a clean file, for licensing, support, and refund review. Vizion must publish its final privacy contact and retention periods before collecting public customer data.
